A Winchester man charged with breaking into a home police say he had recently lived in. 29 year old Dallas Keith faces burglary and theft counts. The break in happened back on May 31st at a home on the 400 block of North West Street. A video surveillance camera set up caught images of two men loading items they removed from the residence.
