Forgery, theft and attempted Medicaid fraud counts face a Muncie woman. 20 year old Heaven Hill is accused of seeking payment for work as a home healthcare worker that she never did. Authorities say the signature of the woman Hill claimed to be helping over three days last June was forged in documentation.
