A mistrial in Madison County Circuit after the jury deadlocks. 22 year old Tywaine Perry is charged in the Dec. 8, 2016, shooting death of Carlson Conn and wounding of Marcus Prickett in the arm in the house the two men shared in the 2400 block of Lincoln Street. It’s unknown if prosecutors will retry the case.
