A guilty plea Monday from the former director of the Muncie Animal Shelter to having sexual contact with an underage girl.
36 year old Philip H. Peckinpaugh of Muncie copped a plea to sexual misconduct with a minor, reportedly involving an incident with a 16 year old girl. His sentencing is set for January 12th.
