A Muncie man convicted of selling meth to a police informant has been sentenced to nine years in prison. The Star Press reports 22 year old Damon Lee Rice pleaded guilty to dealing in methamphetamine. Officers say they watched him in a drug transaction in August of 2019 and when they approached him he tried to escape on foot.
