A Muncie man is charged with forcing his way into a former girlfriend’s home and attacking her. According to the Star Press, police were called to a home on the 2800 block of West Memorial Drive. There they found a woman who claimed 32-year-old Derek Allen Terry held her against her will in her mobile home, choked her until she was unconscious and then ransacked her home. Terry was arrested after a traffic stop.
