For a second time in recent days, a hearing at which a Delaware County businessman is set to plead guilty to a federal crime has been rescheduled. The Star Press reports Jeffrey Burke is scheduled to plead guilty to bank fraud on Nov. 18, in connection with a years-long federal probe of corruption in then-Mayor Dennis Tyler’s administration.
