A Muncie man is accused of driving another man away from a fatal car crash. Police say 30 year old Terrance Smith faces charges includin inducing or causing leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death to another person. The Star Press reports authorities claim Smith drove another 30-year-old Muncie man, Darius James Walker, from the scene of a fatal crash at Cowan and Fuson roads on Aug. 3.
