When IRONMAN comes to Muncie this weekend, each person who competes will be a winner in their own right, but the biggest winner of all may be Muncie itself. City officials estimate with the arrival of perhaps more than 9,000 people, there could be $5 million generated through food, beverage, hotel stays and transportation.
