An Anderson man is facing charges after allegedly smashing a glass into another man’s face. 41 year old William Whetsel is accused of doing so at Jimbos early on the morning of August 23rd. Police say the night before, the victim had actually bought the suspect a drink. Witnesses say there had been no argument overheard between the men before the attack.
