Open Door Health Services is requiring all employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, as well as a flu shot. According to the Star Press, it means 230 Open Door employees will need to get their vaccines by Oct. 15, 2021. The mandate extends to all seven of Open Door’s East Central Indiana locations and apply to all of its team members, from medical providers to administrators.
