There will be no guilty plea this week from former Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby. The Star Press reports it had been scheduled to plead guilty on Thursday to a count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud but both sides reportedly wanted more time. There is no new date at this point.
