A Muncie teenager will remain in Delaware County’s juvenile detention center as he awaits his trial on a murder charge. The Star Press reports 16 year old Aytae A. Seals is charged with shooting and killing 21-year-old Martel Lavel Jones-Lampkins on June 22. A judge ruled Monday that Seals would remain in the juvenile detention facility, rather than in the Delaware County jail.
