They’re nearly a hundred years old, and now the Wheeling monuments are returning to the Wheeling Avenue entrance to the Anthony-Northside neighborhood. They’d been in storage since road work on Wheeling Avenue began in 2019. Two of the larger monuments and a smaller one were taken out of store Tuesday, reports the Star Press.
