A suspended sentence for a Muncie man who wounded his brother with a knife. The Star Press reports 29 year old Jon-Paul William Miller had pleaded guilty to battery with a deadly weapon. Miller was arrested in August 2019 after his brother was stabbed three times, twice above his right knee and once below his left knee during an argument.
