The Madison County prosecutor has determined that a police-action shooting in March was justified. The Herald Bulletin reports the incident resulted in the death of 60 year old Silas Myers, who the prosecutor concluded initiated an armed conflict with police, most likely to end his own life. The incident took place on March 23rd.
