We may find out this week what’s next for the former Delaware County Justice Center in downtown Muncie. The Star Press reports the planning district has been looking for partnership opportunities involving the property. The county’s jail-and-courts complex moved to a new home — in a remodeled former middle school — at 3100 S. Tillotson Ave. in February.
