It’s a year in the Randolph County jail for a rural Winchester man charged in connection with the abduction and beating of a local man. The Star Press reports 38 year old Noah E. Roth pleaded guilty to battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and criminal confinement. He and a co-defendant were arrested in February last year for allegedly attacking a 39-year-old Farmland man at Mullens’ home.
