Two years of home detenion for a Winchester man who cooked meth in a house he shared with four children. 32 year old Ike Littlebear Richardson pleaded guilty this week to manufacturing meth, reports the Star Press. Richardson and the children’s mother were arrested last August after Department of Child Services, then police, went to their home on the 500 block of North West Street.
