The wrecking ball could start swinging at the Lincolnshire Apartments by the end of the month. The Herald Bulletin reports the Anderson Housing Authority is working with developer Garrison Frazier to convert the existing four-story building with 40 units into 21 one-bedroom units and seven studio apartments. The project should be done in about a year.
