Police cuffed a Noblesville man accused of firing gunshots near swimmers in Prairie Creek Reservoir . Police say 45 year old Edward Sipes was in a boat at the time of the incident early Friday. No one was hurt. The Star Press reports Sipes is charged with criminal recklessness. He was released from the Delaware County jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
