Overtime for the Delaware County Jail cost close to $10,000 for the last pay period, reports the Star Press. Staffing shortages are leading to alot of it. The total OT budget for the year was set at $93,000 and that money had been spent by the end of May. Officials say they’re expecting to hit $200,000 by the end of 2021.
