A Muncie resident is under arrest and charged in the serious assault of another man. 50 year old Brad Davis is charged with aggravated battery after an incident at an apartment on the 600 block of West Eighth Street. Police arrived there and found a 52 year old man severely injured. He had to be resuscitated several times. If convicted, Davis could be sentenced to up to 16 years in prison.
