No arrests as yet after police say a man tried to rob a Check Into Cash in Anderson on Monday afternoon. The alarm came in from the store at 1035 S. Scatterfield Road at about 230pm. The Herald Bulletin reports an employee told officers a man came into the business with a handgun and demanded cash. The employee refused to cooperate and the man left the store on foot.
