The vehicle that drove into a pond Tuesday morning in Madison County was stolen, say police. Authorities say 28 year old Matthew Villareal died in the incident, a 38 year old man with him survived. Police say the vehicle that went into the weate on the 5200 block of south CR 450 E. –southeast of Anderson, was stolen from Anderson.
