A Muncie woman already in custody in an auto theft case now stands accused of stealing “several hundred” items from a neighbor’s home. The Star Press reports 34 year old Stevey Ellen Phillips is accused of taking items from her neighbor’s home in the 9700 block of South Delaware County Road 50-W between April 22 and Tuesday. Some of the stolen items were spotted in front of Phillips’ home, say police.
