Muncie officials are revealing plans on how they plan to spend the $32 million thhe city will receive over the next four years through the American Rescue Plan. $2.7 million will be used to fill the city’s budget shortfall. Restaurants, non profits and small business will each receive $2 million and the Courtyard by Marriott downtown gets $3.75 million to name a few.
