A Muncie man is accused of dealing narcotics in his home with his two young children nearby. The Star Press reports 21 year old Jesse Daniel Ross is charged with dealing in a narcotic drug, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent. He allegedly sold oxycodone to an informant at his home with small children present at the time.
