A Muncie man was arrested this week after he allegedly sent emails to a Veterans Affairs official suggesting he might go on a “killing spree.” The Star Press reports 28 year old Billy Ray Resler alleged Resler sent emails to a local Veterans Affairs official on May 17 in which he said he was “tempted to just snap… and go on a killing spree,” saying he could do “enough damage” to draw “media attention.”
