Muncie Community Schools are giving employees a $1,000 stipend for their efforts keeping schools open and students learning over the past year. The action was approved this week by the schoolboard and impacts all actively working MCS employees. The Star Press reports they’ll be distributed on the first pay period after the end of the 2020-21 school year.
