A woman claims a MITS bus driver lowered a wheelchair ramp on her foot, and now she is suing. Chelsie Randolph’s suit labels the incident as negligent and says she suffered serious and permanent injuries as a result. The incident happened on February 24th of last year. Randolph claims she continues to incur medical expenses.
