Police say a Muncie woman broke into a northside home, stole a credit card and racked up a thousand dollars in charges on it at a home improvement store. 49 year old Heather Clement is preliminarily charged with burglary, theft, fraud, auto theft, escape and possession of marijuana following the theft at a home along West Riggin Road.
