65 years behind bars in Madison Circuit Court for a man sentenced in the death of an infant girl. 28 year old Zachary Foor drew that term in the March 2020 death of 11 month old Emmarie Pablo. Prosecutors say on the day the baby died, Foor and the girl’s mother attempted to cover up the crime. The girl’s mother was earlier handed a sixty year term.
