Muncie City Council has recognized three city firefighters for exemplarily service, awarding them citations for heroism during a fatal fire in February. The Star Press reports Lt. Scott Hahn, firefighter Bryan Cook and firefighter Edward Eviston located and rescued three individuals in a zero-visibility environment when a fire broke out at a home along the 1600 block of West 16th Street.
