A disagreement between a father and daughter led to a Blackford County woman being charged with brandishing a knife near her father. 32 year old Abbagail Baker is charged with criminal recklessness and criminal mischief. The incident in question took place at her father’s mobile home on the 400 block of West Windsor Street in Montpelier when police say Baker was unable to find a letter to her that she believed would contain a check.
