A young woman who reported the fatal shootings of three men in a Muncie apartment has been arrested for obstruction of justice. The Star Press reports 18 year old Juniyah Yvette Simmons was living at the Elgin Manor Apartments complex where three men were killed Friday morning. Police say her call to dispatchers came from Anderson, where she had traveled after the killings happened.
