Police say a Huntington man collected $62,000 for a home renovation project but never did the work. 35 year old Kortney Elzey is charged with home improvement fraud. He’s also accused of failing to install siding and a new roof on a Hartford City home after accepting $14,000 to start that project, reports the Star Press.
