Delaware County officials expect the new Justice Center to be up and runnning fully in the next few weeks. The Star Press reports most of the courts offices and clerk’s staff are already working from that location at this point, but the transfers are not complete yet. The last group of people to move to the new facility will be the inmates from the jail, and the date on that will remain quiet due to security concerns.
