The Delaware County Commissioners have loosened local coronavirus restrictions based on the lower spread of the virus and advice of local health officials. The Star Press reports prior to Monday, social gatherings were limited to 50 people . The policy was amended during the commissioners meeting on Monday so that large events do not exceed 25% of the host venue, which would mean more than fifty people in larger venues.
