A Muncie man is charged with repeatedly striking his pregnant girlfriend in the head with a handgun, then biting the woman’s right arm. The Star Press reports 33 year old Robert Eugene Scott IIl also allegedly took the victim’s cellphone to prevent her from calling for help. A Delaware County sheriff’s deputy reported the woman had a “bite mark on her right upper arm, a knot on her forehead and a split lip that was swollen.”
