Someone heard gunfire near a solar farm going up in southwestern Randolph County and it resulted in the arrests of two local residents on marijuana-related charges. It happened near Randolph County roads 650-S and 400-W. Deputies went to a nearby home from which a strong odor of pot was coming and found a grow operation inside. 31 year old Clinton Hummel and 28 year old Amy Jo Kelly face drug counts.
