Attorneys In Grigsby Case Get More Time To Measure Losses

Attorneys involved in the case against former Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby have been given more time by a judge to explore finanical losses prosecutors say were caused by her conduct. Grigsby was indicted by a U.S. District Court grand jury on bid-rigging allegations in July 2019 and there had been arrangments made for her to plead guilty to onspiracy to commit wire fraud.
