A Muncie woman whom police say pocketed nearly $59,000 in Social Security disability payments while she was gainfully employed, has pleaded guilty. 52 year old Rachelle Thomas copped a pleaa to welfare fraud. The charge carries a penalty of up to six years in prison, but the plea bargain calls for her to be sentenced to 30 months probation.
