Mayor Dan Ridenour has issued an executive order changing the access to City Hall. From Tuesday, December 15th until Thursday December 31st, the City Hall building will be open to the public by appointment only. City employees will be in attendance in the City Hall building, but all efforts will be made to conduct business over the phone. Appointments are to be made for any services needing to be conducted in person with all City Departments.
