A Muncie driver who told police he was late for work led them on a high speed chase Sunday morning. Police say first 36 year old Albert Dietz rand a red light at Liberty Street and Memorial Drive. When police tried to pull him over he sped off and they dropped the pursuit for public safety. They did find Dietz out of the car a time later and arrested him.
