With only two weeks to go in its Red Kettle Campaign, the Muncie Salvation Army will need a small miracle to reach its goal. The campaign so far, has collected $33,000, less than 20% of its $173,000 goal. One of the obstacles is a big drop off in volunteer bell ringers, who’ve stepped aside over concerns about COVID 19.
