Two teenagers — one from New Castle and the other from Richmond — are charged with robbing a man near the Ball State University campus. The Star Press reports 16 year old Chance Saylor and 17 year old Jason Duncan ll, will be prosecuted as adults in connection with the incident that took place on October 25th. Police say it was caught on video surveillance.
