Two wind turbine workers in Randolph County say they heard bullets wizzing by them and now a man is charged in the incident. 45 year old David E. Oakerson is charged with criminal recklessness and two misdemeanor counts of intimidation. The men were working along Randolph County Road 600-W when Oakerson allegedly confronted them on the morning of November 10th.
