MCS hits Youtube for a COVID update. Friday, Dr. Kwiatkowski took to the Internet to explain updated COVID-19 quarantine policies for the Muncie Community Schools. We were not notified of the changes, but just happened to see the post – we’ve placed the link on our Local News Page now.
