Anderson Woman Accused Of Moving Dead Man’s Body

An Anderson woman is accused of moving a man’s body to Delaware County. 41 year old Tausha Avery is charged with altering the scene of a death. Police say 47 year old Jonathan Mauk was visiting Averny and died. She allegedly drove his truck, with Mauk’s remains still inside, to Delaware County and left the truck County Road 950-W.
